Mick is a Director of Cobalt Group with strong change management, process transformation, systems implementation and business improvement project experience across a range of industries. Over a career spanning 20 years, Mick has led significant change programs in a number of large organisations across the Asia Pacific region, engaging senior leaders and front line employees alike to align on and deliver value adding solutions. With practical business knowledge and a strong strategic focus he has successfully partnered with multiple clients across oil and gas, mining, financial services, engineering and government sectors. Mick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Western Australia.
Warren brings over 20 years of Australian and international experience delivering tangible and value adding results in areas encompassing organisational change management, information technology solutions / services, project management and process transformation. Warren is responsive to client needs, has managed many large scale projects and provides practical, integrated solutions to address complex business challenges across a range of industries that include mining, oil and gas, education, technology, logistics, government and not for profit. Warren holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Information Systems) and a Master of Electronic Commerce (with Distinction), both from Curtin University.
