Mick is a Director of Cobalt Group with strong change management, process transformation, systems implementation and business improvement project experience across a range of industries. Over a career spanning 20 years, Mick has led significant change programs in a number of large organisations across the Asia Pacific region, engaging senior leaders and front line employees alike to align on and deliver value adding solutions. With practical business knowledge and a strong strategic focus he has successfully partnered with multiple clients across oil and gas, mining, financial services, engineering and government sectors. Mick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Western Australia.
Warren brings over 25 years of Australian and international experience delivering tangible and value adding results in areas encompassing organisational change management, information technology solutions / services, project management and operating model transformation. Warren is responsive to client needs, has managed many large scale projects and provides practical, integrated solutions to address complex business challenges across a range of industries that include mining, oil and gas, education, technology, logistics, government and not for profit. Warren holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Information Systems) and a Master of Electronic Commerce (with Distinction), both from Curtin University and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales.
Tom is a management consultant specialising in technology strategy, change management and organisational transformation. His broad skillset includes planning and managing major change interventions and through to improving organisational culture to support change. Tom has qualifications in change management through the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the University of NSW and has over 12 years' professional industry experience. Prior to business consulting Tom has experience in the media as a Manager of Sales and Marketing within the 7West Media Group.
Kim is an experienced change management and program director with close to 20 years’ management consulting experience in Australia, South Africa, the US and Europe. Her consulting skills cover large scale transformation projects and programs with a focus on change management, project management, program governance, risk and business process improvement. Kim’s approach to complex stakeholder engagement is one of her key strengths. She holds a Bachelor of Business Science, Information Systems, Strategy, Business Management & Marketing from Rhodes University and an Advanced Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Pretoria.
Morgan is an experienced professional with over 25 years' experience primarily in the resources sector. She brings an adaptable and collaborative approach to each project, supporting leaders to implement practical and sustainable solutions. Morgan has a unique combination of skills, ranging from group facilitation, change management, leadership coaching, organisational transformation, project management, team management, operations planning, human resources and business planning. Morgan holds Bachelor and Graduate degrees in Business and Human Resources Management from Edith Cowan and Curtin Universities.
Tobias is a change management and project delivery practitioner with over 15 years' experience delivering technology, transformation and improvement projects for large, multi-disciplined corporations across Australia. His expertise lies in engaging employees, executive leadership and other important stakeholders through complex and disruptive change, using thoughtful strategies to guide behaviour and support business outcomes. Tobias holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication from Curtin University, is a Prosci certified Change Management practitioner and holds an Advanced Certificate in Engagement from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).
Christie is an accomplished communications, project change management and marketing professional having worked in highly regulated environments across varied industries, including oil and gas, resource and mining, banking and finance, essential utilities, and building and construction. She is highly competent in managing multiple communications and change initiatives in dynamic environments, whether strategic or operationally focused - drawing on her engaging disposition, perseverance, ethical standards, natural flair for communications and a superior eye for detail. Christie holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and Economics from Monash University.
Jacob brings data analysis and data management skills as well as an ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders. He offers support to project teams in data reporting, data entry and various administrative tasks. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Western Australia.
